Rob Ferguson is the Managing Partner of Health Benefits US. He is a member of the Triangle Association of Health Underwriters and active in the fight to protect our rights to maintain freedom of choice for health insurance plans. He has over 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, and has consistently written over $1,000,000 in Health Insurance premiums every year earning him Top Producer awards. Health Benefits US was formed in 2006 and has evolved to be a leader in HSA and HRA dissemination throughout NC. Rob is an expert in Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Health Savings Accounts, and how best to provide the solutions employers need now due to recent legislation and tax law changes.

Patty Caudle is a highly accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience in organizations of all sizes and in a variety of industries including consulting, insurance, retail, construction, distribution, healthcare, manufacturing, trucking, and financial services. Within most of these organizations, Patty assisted in redesigning their benefit plans. Utilizing this experience, Patty has recently joined Health Benefits US as Vice President of Corporate Development. A native of Florida, Patty received scholarships in tennis, track and cross country while working on her associate's degree. She completed her education after moving to North Carolina in 1984, and received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from High Point University, and her MBA from Wake Forest University in 2001. She obtained her Senior Professional in HR certification (SPHR) in 1991.
